Minier Farmer’s Market 6. Producer Criteria – The vendor must be an active participant in the production or harvest of all products offered for sale. The only exception is when the Market lacks a product that is needed, in which case the vendor can submit an application for a provisional agreement that allows the product to be purchased from another Illinois producer for sale at the Market. Market management will supervise each provisional arrangement. The vendor should display a copy of the agreement at the Market and provide proof of purchase to Market management.
