NOTICE OF HEARING ON A ZONING VARIANCE REQUEST
Public notice is hereby given that a hearing shall be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the Minier Village Hall, 110 W. Central, Minier, Illinois at 6:00 p.m. before the Zoning Board upon the application of Robert Grass. The application requests a variance and rezoning classification of the residential property located at 212 Route 122 Minier, Illinois to be rezoned as commercial property.
All interested parties may appear and present testimony at the hearing.
