It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any garbage within the village. It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any paper, rubbish or other substances upon any of the public streets, sidewalks or alleys within the Village. No material of any descripton shall be burned in an open fire after 6:00 pm or before 7:00 a.m. Leaf burning should comply with the above times. Please keep burning leaves off Village blacktopped surfaces. The Village does allow leaves to be taken to their lot at 219 N. Western, on the south side of the Maintenance Building. LEAVES ONLY. NO GRASS CLIPPINGS, PLEASE.
